Consulting, Teaching, and Assisting Impact

Todd teaches classes at Northwestern University and Ashesi, does consulting through Envorso to help companies understand and scale software development, and is involved in several non-profits. He works on some dev projects for fun and to support his classes. He ran a venture firm (Divergent Ventures) with partners and worked at Microsoft in past pursuits. He likes to ride a tandem bicycle with his wife; and loves music in its many facets.

What keeps me busy

Consulting

Todd provides consulting to companies concerning software process and software strategy. He has helped public companies assess and modernize their software process, approach to software talent, and integration with the customer.

Social Impact and Education

Todd was a founding board member of the Ashesi University Foundation, serves on the board of VentureWell, and is a past board member of Northwestern University. He is focused on organizations that develop human capital to create change and innovation.

Startups

Todd has worked with a broad array of startups as an advisor, investor, and board member. Previously Todd invested through Divergent. He is not currently reviewing unsolicited pitches

Teaching

Todd has taught entrepreneurship for more than 10 years at Northwestern, primarily the award winning NUvention Web which he co-created. He has also taught at Ashesi University, and assisted in Lean LaunchPad instructor training. Additionally, He has taught software engineering, design of software products, and introductory web development.
